With the Light Hanger Rope Ratchet, you simply secure one spring clip to the fixture & the other to a secure mount, then pull the loose end of the rope for a secure tight hold. Rope Ratchets stay tight, locking in place as you pull the free end. To loosen, just pull the rope to reduce tension & push the handy thumb release. You can easily raise & lower the fixture as needed.
