Please look oer your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective, incorrect or are missing item/s, please contact customer service (sales@roperatchet.com) within 4 business days of receipt of your order. We will be glad to get this sorted for you.

Hassle-Free Returns

We know, returns can be a hassle. Please fill out the form below and send it with your return.

Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:

  • Returns should be postmarked 30 days from the delivery date and must include our return form that’s linked above.
  • All Returned items must remain un-used condition. 
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your refund.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable if applicable.   

*Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

 

Changing or Cancelling Your Order

Sometimes you need to change or cancel your order. We understand and are here to help, but you must contact us immediately! Please give us a call 336-992-0082 or reach out to us via email (sales@roperatchet.com). We will try our best to cancel your order. If it has been processed through shipping, the order cannot be canceled. We are open Monday through Friday from 9-5 EST.
